• Business transfers — if Norex Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Affiliated divisions — we may share information between Norex Agency & Media, Norex Tech & AI, and Norex Academy to coordinate a client engagement across divisions.
• With your consent — for any other purpose you specifically agree to.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Contract — to meet our obligations under a Client Agreement or course purchase.

• Consent — for marketing communications and certain cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

7. Your choices & rights

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or by emailing hello@norexmedia.com.
• If you have a Norex Academy or client portal account, you can update your details by logging in and editing your account settings.
• Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.

8. International transfers

We operate from Lagos and serve clients globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosting, analytics, or payment partners are based. Where we transfer information internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it’s protected in line with this policy.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. Backups may retain information for a limited additional period.

11. Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for users 18 and older and are not directed at children. If we learn that we’ve collected personal information from a child under 13 (or under 16 where EU/UK law applies), we’ll take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.
