Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Norex Media ('we', 'us', 'our') collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website and the services delivered by Norex Agency & Media, Norex Tech & AI, and Norex Academy. By using any part of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Our principles
- This policy should be clear, human-readable, and easy to find.
- We collect and process only what we need to run our Services well.
- Our practices should match what you’d reasonably expect from a media and marketing partner.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as when you:
- Fill out our contact or enquiry form
- Sign up for a Norex Academy course, mentorship, or newsletter
- Engage us for agency, tech, or creative services, including onboarding briefs and brand assets
- Make a purchase or payment through the Site
- Communicate with us by email, phone, or social media
This may include your name, email address, phone number, company details, payment information, and any brand or campaign materials you share with us.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we may automatically collect device and usage information — such as IP address, approximate location (country/city), browser type and language, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, and how long you spend on them.
We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as tracking pixels) to recognize your browser, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the performance of our own marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some Site functionality.
3. Information from third parties
Where permitted by law, we may supplement the information above with data from public sources, social media platforms, or analytics and ad partners — for example, to understand how you found us or to verify the details of a business we’re engaging with.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the Services you’ve requested
- To process course enrolments, payments, and access to digital products
- To plan, run, and report on campaigns, ads, and growth work on your behalf
- To send updates, offers, or content you’ve opted in to receive
- To improve our website, campaigns, and service delivery
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, and to enforce our Terms of Service
We may combine information we collect directly with information from analytics or advertising partners, and use aggregated or de-identified data for research, reporting, or marketing purposes.
5. When we disclose your information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — third parties who support our operations, such as payment processors, email/CRM platforms, ad platforms, and hosting providers, solely to help us deliver our Services.
- Legal compliance — where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Norex Media, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers — if Norex Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Affiliated divisions — we may share information between Norex Agency & Media, Norex Tech & AI, and Norex Academy to coordinate a client engagement across divisions.
- With your consent — for any other purpose you specifically agree to.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Legal basis for processing
Where required by applicable law, our grounds for processing your information are:
- Contract — to meet our obligations under a Client Agreement or course purchase.
- Legitimate interests — including customer support, marketing, protecting our clients and business, and improving our Services, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we need to comply with tax, accounting, or other regulatory requirements.
- Consent — for marketing communications and certain cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
7. Your choices & rights
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or by emailing hello@norexmedia.com.
- If you have a Norex Academy or client portal account, you can update your details by logging in and editing your account settings.
- Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@norexmedia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
We operate from Lagos and serve clients globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosting, analytics, or payment partners are based. Where we transfer information internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it’s protected in line with this policy.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
10. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. Backups may retain information for a limited additional period.
11. Children’s privacy
Our Services are intended for users 18 and older and are not directed at children. If we learn that we’ve collected personal information from a child under 13 (or under 16 where EU/UK law applies), we’ll take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.
12. Third-party links
Our Site and materials may link to third-party websites or platforms (social media, payment providers, ad platforms). We’re not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and this policy doesn’t cover them. We encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and we’ll notify active clients by email where required by law.
